update!! | ECA STACKING



sorry for not For not updating earlier… On the 26th, I finally was able to obtain Bronkaid and I started EC a stacking! It was really strong on the first day, I suspected it was because I took it with garcinia cambogia but I took the garcinia cambogia today again and I didn’t even have much of an effect… In fact, the effect has been growing weaker since the first day… I can’t believe that my body is already growing a tolerance to something I’ve only taken for three days. At the very least, I’m back down to 183.2 and hopefully all the caffeine I took can keep me from eating for the rest of the day so I can FINALLY be lower than this number tomorrow. i’m kinda scared tho, as i’m taking a break from the eca stacking for 2 days and idk how well i’ll resist my cravings... i’ll try my best.

update

 soooo i had to change my plan LMAO yea... i’m still not ready to fast i couldn’t do it.

so the goal is just eat 1,200 everyday, but at the very least eat 1,200 until Jan 1st. obviously i want to keep eating 1,200 everyday after that but it’s important i make it these next 8 days so i can at least be 179 by the end of this... i’m SICK of the 180’s, i’m not even gonna weigh in until the 26th bc if i have to see 183 i will actually combust. i’m convinced that number is cursed lmao.

Do you know it would be so cool though? Staying in control and losing at least a pound every day until I made it to the 160s or even the 150s… I know it’s unlikely that my weight loss would still be that fast for like 30 pounds but it’s honestly like a dream of mine. Because if I could make it to the 150s by just eating 1200 a day and losing a pound a day, that means I’d be in the 150s by the end of January! Only a month! But I feel like that would be too unrealistic to dream abt lol.

 Another thing that I’ve gotten good at is finally counting literally every single extra thing I eat into my intake, and every time I eat something extra I have to take it out of the actual meals so in the end I’m only hurting myself. Another thing is that if I eat anymore after 7 PM, which is after I’ve had all my meals, I have to do an extra 30 minutes of my work out.

Sidenote, I ate a lot of fries today. As per my rules, I took extra calories out of my meals to make up for it but I’m honestly still worried that all of the oil and grease in those fries will make me not lose weight anyway. I need to be smarter.

 so I let myself eat however for the past week or so… So for the next 10 days I’m going to really buckle down and try my hardest to restrict properly and exercise and not give into stupid cravings.
