So I've officially decided to make my UGW higher for the following reasons
- it'll be healthier
- I won't worry my family as much
- it'll be easier to fake a higher weight
- it's more realistic to maintain at
So basically, the new goals are:
Gw1: 148
Gw2: 130
Gw3: 125
Gw4: 116
UGW: 105
Then after, I want to maintain between 103-106 eating 1,300-1,600 cals a day, 30 minutes of exercise 4 days a week. 💕💕
