skinny habit development plant

 week 1:

- drink more water (2x hydroflask - 60 fl oz - a day)

- metamucil every other 2-3rd day @ 7pm


week 2:

- portion of healthy/nutritious/low cal food before/with craving


week 3:

- 5 crunches @ 8pm daily

- mindful eating tape


complete habit goals:

- eliminate overeating and snacking & increase nutrition awareness and consumption

- eat deficit/gw tdee naturally without effort

- workout regularly

- complete all work (school, job work, personal projects, chores) on time on a schedule

- eliminate hoarding (both irl and online) stay organized

- delete tabs and build habit of completing search instead of procrastinating

- meditation/visualization(mental rehearsal) daily

- become mid-high maintenance (making sure to look good & smell good/head-to-toe awareness)

- cleanliness and hygiene (regular showering, hair-washing, wearing clean clothes, etc)

- learn how to manage hair

- wash clothes weekly

- wash towels/blankets/pillowcases weekly

- clean room weekly/keep room tidy on a daily basis

- hair removal & trimming: armpits (biweekly) face (triweekly) pubes (triweekly) arms/legs (monthly)

- am & pm skincare daily

- 8 hrs of sleep daily

already existing (good) habits:

- making small portions of food

- skincare(?) - needs to be built in more

- walk @ sunset (have been going in and out with it for the last 2 years)


previous good habits i built:

- doing dishes (almost) first thing in the morning (early Jan 2021)

- walk + workout + bed crunches same time every single day (summer 2020-earlyish 2021)

- FASTING (summer-autumn 2020)

previous habits i broke:

- circling computer screen

- copying and pasting mpa page (replaced w/ screenshots :/ )
