ideas ideas ideas


 So there was this one plan I attempted back in middle school, basically for meal times I plan something super small and light which gives me room and extra calories to snack on throughout the day…

in hindsight, it’s a pretty good plan for someone like me who likes to snack a lot. it didn’t work for me back then because I went too overboard and got too lenient, but I’m more in control now than back then so next eating day(day after tmrw since im fasting) i’m going to attempt it again - and hopefully it works!
