looks like i've finally sorta worked off all my food weight since oct 2 >:)
and today's a fast day, so i could very well be 184 tomorrow!
Which means I would have OFFICIALLY worked off all the weight I've gained since late 2016 - early 2017!!!!!
honestly, i'm so excited it feels like i'll be at my ugw in no time. i just have to stay focused and stay on track and it'll pay off. Another thing I've noticed is that water really does help with cravings!
