what i want & what i need to do to get it
what i want:
lose weight/reach 114 lbs by end of year --> stick consistently to a deficit, count cals, exercise regularly, track intake and plan meals + implement methods to stick to plan
appetite control --> drink lots of water, eat more protein, consistent metamucil, fasting(to shrink stomach), sleep more
have defined looking body --> have consistent workout regime, eat more protein
permanently change habits --> visualization, atomic habit changes, habit bundling, dopamine detoxing
clear skin --> stick to morning routine AND NIGHT ROUTINE every single day
good hygeine/girly-high maintenance/smell good --> shower daily, reapply perfume, consistently apply lotion, reapply deodorant when needed, sweat pads, SHAVING/HAIR REMOVAL CONSISTENTLY
good hair --> regularly get hair done, do NOT neglect: brush everyday, apply moisture everyday, straighten(natural) to make it look kempt
general peace of mind --> meditation daily, practice EMDR, visualization

organize all files/tabs--> delete anything extra/unnecessary, no opening tabs and then leaving them, stop screenshotting
be caught up --> consistently watch shows + movies & other media to avoid piling up lists
