eating plan + schedule

eating plan:

- 800-1200 a day

- fasting sundays & wednesdays

- majority protein/low carb, middle: complex carb/fiber, minority: anything else

work day: vyvanse @ 7 am, snack(if needed) @ 11 am, meals: 3-6-9

PRE-PLAN MEALS AND MEAL PRERP

-buy groceries, don't just wander around kitchen when u dont see what ur can eat, MAKE LIST AND BUY THEM-

*do not eat carbs first thing, last meal should also ideally be low carb-high protein*

- AVOID OVER-SCREENSHOTTING/BREAK THAT HABIT


Sunday:

FREEBIE DAY/catchup 

- free day and/or specifically do content you've been neglecting

- wash clothes & blankets

- clean room

- hygeine: hair removal(if needed)

- 20 mobile tabs (half safari / half chrome)

- 10 unwatched yt vids


Monday:

TAB DAY

- 10-25 min dedicated to each tab

- surf thru tiktok favorites to link up history + unfavorite randoms

- 20 tabs off mobile (can be split between groups like "bruh" and "search")

- 20 unwatched yt vids


Tuesday:

ANIME DAY

- half the day focused on watching anime (the "base" of the day if u will) exactly how many episodes of what depends on what i'm watching and my goals

- 25 tiktoks from ani account/shared

- 8 chapters of any manga/webtoon read (4 can be supplemented with fanfic)

- 5 tabs computer

- 5 tabs phone


Wednesday:

TV SHOW DAY

- whole day focused on catching up with tv shows

- 20 unwatched youtube videos

- 25 tiktoks from aesthetic account/shared


Thursday:

CREATIVE DAY

- dedicate whole day to creating media (writing fic, making vids, drawing, singing, dancing, etc.)

- 5 fanfic chapters

- 25 mobile tabs

- 5 comp tabs

- 15 youtube videos


Friday:

MOVIE DAY

- whole day focused on watching movies (try not to pause too much)

- 1 hour dedicated to making edit

- 7 fanfic chapters total read

- 5 tabs computer

- 5 tabs phone


Saturday:

FREE ORGANIZATION DAY

- write a list of things you want to complete for the day

- whole day dedicated to all types of organizing

- wash clothes and blankets

- clean room

things i should be doing daily:

brush teeth (first thing)

meditation + visualization (right after teeth/by 10:30 am)

shower

skincare: 12:00pm on workdays | 9:00 am/right after teeth on free days

check all work regarding school/job

check/update mpa

plan meals

chores

tidy up my surroundings

walk

stick to calorie limit

workout

bad @ 10 pm on work days, 1 am on free days

listen to hypnosis and meditate to sleep
