I understand ur fear, really it's valid. You don't wanna go crazy with cravings and overeat because you attempted to fast. but understand that these cravings have never left you alone even when you're doing 1,200. remember all the times you happily ate 1,200 throughout the day, only to be ravaged with intense, and invasive cravings at night?
You tried racking ur brain for a reason but there was none - ur brain in itself, and ur body is against you. It's addicted to food, craves it and nags and bugs at you to consume more of it even if it is not hungry or nutritionally deficient.
It'll be the same with fasting, you will get cravings - maybe more during the day due to absence of meals, but those are easier than the ones at night.. they always have been. You discovered this when you tried to fast for 4 hours between each meal, first 4 hours had a little bit of cravings, while 3 hours after the second one you were ravenous and caved. Unfortunately you won't be able to escape these cravings unless you starve down enough to the point where it understands you will no longer give into its warped signals.
Remember what you are a always telling yourself: "I could reach this weight by this day, I could've reached this weight by that time" Don't you want to finally make it a reality? To fast frequently and watch the pounds fall off? The saying "I'll be 160 in no time!" sounds so motivating and freeing to you. The best part is, when you come off of your fast, you get to eat the food you like without any weight gain! When you reach 160, your body will finally look better. You'll be thick, chubby-ish instead of just fat and blobby. You'll look better in clothes, you'll have E's body. You saw the difference 202.4 lbs to 188 lbs made on your body - on your FACE. Aren't you ready to see more? Don't you want to wow yourself at Halloween? At Erika's party? At Mom and Dad's anniversary? You could be 160 by then with this plan. Aren't you finally ready to be happy?
