I am starting a new plan where I mini-fast and slowly work my way up to longer fasts. I will succeed in this plan. I will eventually get to the point where I can do day long fasts without the help of Bronkaid or 5htp. I will be happy and feel in control. By the next time my friends see me, I will be 20 lbs lighter. When it is time for me to eat, I will enjoy my food guiltlessly and
