(my sister forgot this in the freezer so u know ya girl's eatin gooood tonight)

daily total: 840 calories.
feeling pretty good about my intake today. i woke up soooooooo damn hungry and was about ready to have a full blown binge. thank jesus i was able to get a hold of myself because that could've gotten real ugly real quick. the weather has been so lovely lately and i think that's really helped to put me in a better mood. i am feeling optimistic about this week and hopefully things continue to look up (:
