Week 1: 1800 - 1750 

Week 2: 1700 - 1650

Week 3: 1600 - 1550

Week 4: 1500 - 1450

Week 5: 1400 - 1350 

Week 6: 1300 - 1250 

Week 7: 1200


start off 3 days at 1800, then 4 days at 1750

then 4 days at 1700, 3 days at 1650

and continue to alternate that way

I had a dream I was thin.

 I looked in the mirror at my flat stomach, slight hipbones and rib peeking out and asked my mom "Do you think I'm skinny?"

"Of course! too skinny.."

I stared at my figure some more and thought, "is this what I look like NOT at my goal weight?" I wondered why I'm still trying to lose weight, I was completely enamored with my appearance. I wanted to stop bodychecking since my mother and brother were in the same room, but I couldn't help myself.

I couldn't figure out for the life of me why I wasn't satisfied... and then I woke up. I swear to god I physically felt the fat pop up in my body, I remembered why before I even opened my eyes.

I'm fat. 190+ lbs to be exact. I had become content with sticking to 1,600 cals a day (barely doing that bc I'm a fat failure who can't stop shoveling food into her mouth) but now I feel more impatient, I feel like I'll never reach my ugw and I want to do whatever I can to reach it as fast as possible...but I can't, because I'm a failure and have to eat a healthy deficit to avoid (complete) failure.

possible craving cure? :o

    I wanted to throw this out for anyone who's not super strict w/ fasting or just deals with cravings in general when you're not fasting and maybe it'll be beneficial for someone out there - it's a tip from a couple professional trainers that I follow - slowly consuming a small spoonful of peanut butter (or a small serving of another HEALTHY fat) while drinking one to two cups of water is proven to kill cravings (if they're actual cravings and not emotional/boredom cravings). This little trick is partly why I will never give up cream in my coffee when fasting lol If anyone wants the info/science behind it I'll post a couple links :) When I first started fasting a couple years ago I would chug a diet soda first to enhance the effect. :lol: Hope this can help someone
