morning - vyvanse + lots of water before walk

12 pm - 2 boiled eggs(160), 1 cup of grapes(62), 3-4 pizza rolls(100) + metamucil

3 pm - salad w/ chicken & ranch, 2 tangerines(80), tea

6 pm - pb toast w/ banana, lemon water

9 pm - apple oatmeal(155), tuna w/ ritz crackers(?) if there, if not - crackers w/ cream cheese, metamucil

4:20 - walk

8:00 pm - 30 min workout OR bed workout (crunch focused)
