90 day diet (oldish slavic trend inspo) + day and a half diet & keto w/ complex carbs idea

inspired by this video

Day 1: high-protein foods only (keto day essentially)

Day 2: complex carbs/high fiber foods day

Day 3: paleo/fish focused day + veggies (originally simple carbs/cheat day but meh)

Day 4: fruit-only day

Day 5: 2000 calorie day (i think it's originally water fast but i'm shifting it a bit)

Day 6: water fast

*repeat for 90 days, but in differing orders maybe?

day 1/2 diet idea:

do a specific diet for day 1, then switch it up the next day midday day, and then the next day also switch up again but in less than 24 hr

sample:

day 1: maybe keto only foods

day 2: keto only foods until sometime between 3-6 pm then switch to primarily fruit/fiber/complex carb foods

day 3: follow till 8pm and then switch to different diet

diet idea:

follow: predominantly keto diet model but when cravings pop up, satisfy them with complex carbs and sweet fruit or healthy food like yogurt, pb, etc. - switch it up and eat predominantly complex carbs but use keto foods for cravings

lunch: 2 boiled eggs(1g), 1/2 cup of cottage cheese(5g), 2 slices of ham(0.5g), tea + vyvanse - 300 cals, 6.5g of carbs

    protein: 12 grams | 13 grams | 4.5 grams = 29.5 grams

snack(or when appetite returns): 1 salmon(190, 24g) + 1/2 avocado(160 cals, 8.5g), salad(5 cals, 1g carbs) - 355 cals

    protein: 24 grams | 2 grams | 0.3 grams

dinner: 1 burger patty w/ light mayo + hot sauce - 295 cals

    protein: 21 grams 

exercise: walk + xmas shopping

slight weigh-in: 200-206ish (w/ clothes after eating and midday, these weights are from this day and the day before (and also possibly the 20th tho i don't really remember)

*15 hr water fast | start @ 12am*

snack: POSSIBLE keto chipotle bowl?  + vyvanse

execution:
was woken up too early at around 7:30-7:50 am, went back to sleep for abt 2 ish hrs (9:30ish am) and then got out of bed at around 10:00am
broke fast at 11:45 am (11hr and 45 min) cuz i'm lowkey pathetic, kept getting sidetracked from going to library but also my appetite was pretty active way before 12 so i probably should've just left earlier lmao(took too long to upload my files tho)

- 1 slice of ham (~15 cals)
- abt 1/4  cup of spam (180 cals)
- remaining stick of gum (~5)
- tall caffe americano w/ splash of heavy cream + 2 splendas (190)

appetite was fairly satisfied after this and i finally left house at around 3:30 pm to library, experienced some cravings at the library - took vyvanse @ around 4:40-4:50-5pm ish, had mom pick me up b/t 5:50-5:55 pm


12am-ish(after pacing and being indecisive abt what to eat for almost 2 hrs):

- tried some cake bro and his gf brought home… was expecting chocolate cake but it tasted like dried fruit tbh i didn’t finish
- i did, however, prepare it with some cookies n cream ice cream expecting to eat both but just ate the ice cream

- (late at night): pb &j + small portion of cheerios…. yeesh
*it seems like eating more carbs makes me crave more carbs, even when vyvanse is taken. it’s like the restrictive mindset of keto and limited options + no carb foods ~possibly~ affecting appetite + lazy adhd mindset (lol) brews the perfect storm…. it’s a delicate balance tho, bc it’s likely that restriction made me go so hard on eating the carbs in the 1st  or rather just decide to give in, though it was christmas… that whole time, i couldn’t stop thinking about the fact that i was consuming so many carbs

----> once i finished the steak and cheese, i added ranch & hot sauce like i envisioned but it tasted bad so i added more lettuce, but it still tasted bland without meat
snack: 7 cashews, tea, ^subway salad bowl w/ added turkey bits

extra: sip of stella rosa, pepper soup w/o meat (consumed plenty of veggie bits tho lmao.... i let it slide)

3 pm - salad w/ chicken & ranch(~150-250), 2 1 tangerines(80)(40), tea ✅

6 pm - pb toast w/ banana, lemon water

-------> charburger w/ ketchup (~520) started taking bites at 5:20-5:40ish, waited till 6pm to properly eat/finish it

9 pm - apple oatmeal(155), tuna w/ ritz crackers(?) if there, if not - crackers w/ cream cheese, metamucil

8:00 pm - 30 min workout OR bed workout (crunch focused)
