morning - vyvanse + lots of water before walk ✅
12 pm - 2 boiled eggs(160), 1 cup of grapes(62), 3-4 pizza rolls(100) + metamucil ✅
-------> prepared & ate @ around 12:50-1:30pm
3 pm - salad w/ chicken & ranch, 2 1 tangerines(80)(40), tea ✅
6 pm - pb toast w/ banana, lemon water
-------> charburger w/ ketchup (~520) started taking bites at 5:20-5:40ish, waited till 6pm to properly eat/finish it
9 pm - apple oatmeal(155), tuna w/ ritz crackers(?) if there, if not - crackers w/ cream cheese, metamucil
———> pb toast w/ banana
4:20 - walk
8:00 pm - 30 min workout OR bed workout (crunch focused)
------> exercise: morning walk + evening walk
