dec. 15 - plan + execution | dec. 16 - dec. 21

 *plan*

morning - vyvanse + lots of water before walk ✅

12 pm - 2 boiled eggs(160), 1 cup of grapes(62), 3-4 pizza rolls(100) + metamucil (~45)✅

-------> prepared & ate @ around 12:50-1:30pm

3 pm - salad w/ chicken & ranch(~150-250), 2 1 tangerines(80)(40), tea ✅

6 pm - pb toast w/ banana, lemon water

-------> charburger w/ ketchup (~520) started taking bites at 5:20-5:40ish, waited till 6pm to properly eat/finish it

9 pm - apple oatmeal(155), tuna w/ ritz crackers(?) if there, if not - crackers w/ cream cheese, metamucil

———> pb toast w/ banana

= 1,527 ish


4:20 - walk

8:00 pm - 30 min workout OR bed workout (crunch focused)

------> exercise: morning walk + evening walk

extra: marshmallows w/ ritz crackers (est. 10 marshmallow, some roasted w/ ritz crackers)

cals: ~2,000

extra: 2 chicken legs w/ bbq, some ritz crackers, some cashews, dubai chocolate (800)
exercise: walk, lite dancing, pacing

- *failed fast i keep putting off*
- more dubai chocolate (2nd bar - 800 cals)
- ham and sausage korean soup + rice, fish cakes, fish, cucumber salad

dec. 20
- cracker barrel bites after giveaway
- cheap macarons (abt 4 1/2 at first)
- red lobster: 3-4 biscuits, sprite, sip of strawb. lemonade, pink alcoholic drink, lobster flatbread piece, crab carbonara pasta, 1 bite of alfredo
- banana
- 2nd cracker barrel bite
- remaining zebra popcorn 
- remaining macaron
- 1 strawberry? tangerine?
- taste of pb
- bites of 2 taquitos (nasty)

exercise: morning walk w/ mom, general pacing and light dancing + being out half the day with the mom + evening walk

dec. 21
lunch: cracker barrel bites, tangerine ----- lean cuisine mac&cheese, banana
snack: watermelon konjac jelly (6 kcal)
dinner: i guess --> tuna w/ mayo, 2 eggs w/ sprinkle of cheese & valentino salsa picante hot sauce
9pm: chicken leg..... (some time later/aka 12amish): lunchables without the crackers (ate 1 cracker)

exercise: walk to ranch market, stroll around, then walk back
