Long time no see!
I have a new diet plan, it's really strict, because I keep being easy on myself, and I'm not actually losing. So basically, I have to exercise EVERYDAY, and eat only the small meals I planned for myself, with the occasional low-cal snack here and there, then by the end of the week, I fast all through next week, and eat the next week, same routine. I started this yesterday and went from 170.4 lbs to 166.6 lbs, I know what you're thinking, I got super fat, I know, but this will be the last time I gain weight, If I'm not losing, I'm maintaining. I'm going to go through with this diet plan until I'm under the 120's, shouldn't take long to get there. Today is Saturday, the end of the week, so throughout next week, I'll be fasting, chewing and spitting if I get cravings, and exercising as well, gonna try to get more sleep during this time.
