So i weighed myself, and am now officially *drumroll pls* 199.8 lbs!!!
I'm happy i'm not longer in the 200's, and I don't plan on going back (hope to god i don't)
tho i'm kinda nervous at the fact that i only lost 1.6 lbs from yesterday WITH exercise...
that's how much I'd like to do with high restriction... I'm hoping that when I slowly transition back to a high restriction diet after this one... my weight will still go down exactly the same. i reaaally don't need any maintainance or god forbid weight gain with how big i already am.
