Yesterday, I weighed 202.4, then I had my two meals which was Ramen with Tapatio (a little bit and) and an ice cream sandwich with soda, I also ate a little bit extra. some peanuts and a little bit of my little brother’s hot noodle soup. I also exercised for an hour. Then today I weighed in at 201.4. Looks like my scale is working normally now, today is fasting day and I really really really hope I’m in the 190s tomorrow. going to get back into the feel of exercising a lot, since it’s apparent that it wasn’t the exercise that was my problems but my scale.
