yeah, yesterday didn’t go to great... i gained from 197.2 to 197.8 just with one meal and all my exercise, then ate a significant amount throughout the day and didn’t even do my last 1 hour workout ugh..
i’m officially 18 years old (barf) so i guess i’m intermittent fasting today
i’m only having 1 rice cake/mochi (51 cals) rn and when we cut my cake later tonight, i can have up to 2 slices. I think i’m gonna go on 2 walks today, do my 2 hour workout routine as usual, and i should be down to at least 198 by tomorrow... and to think i said i would never go back into the 200’s lmaoo... i’m pathetic.
Gonna fast tomorrow as well since it’s a doctor’s visit
