i fucked up the fast i was supposed to do on the 22nd, and decided to just eat whatever and not exercise for the past 2(3?) days.
But today, i got/(am getting?) back in track. Was gonna eat oatmeal & sliced nectarine for brunch but my dad bought mcdonald’s, so i ate that. i’m going to eat what i initially planned for dinner tho.
Basically, for the rest of August i’m doing my low restriction and i’m not weighing in till Sept 1st
My plan is the same one i did late July. 2 days of 2 meals, fast, then repeat. Though the fact that last time i weighed in i was 202, and that was when i was semi-restricting yet i've pretty much eaten freely for like the past 3 days... i wouldn’t be surprised if i was like 210 again.. so my weight on september might not be what i want.. oh well
