196.0!!!

 i was sooo nervous getting on the scale this morning, i did it! i beat 197.2 and i completed my intermittent fasting plan (again, for like the 3rd time lol)

now i’m just gonna focus on eating 1,200 cals a day, w my exercise regime and losing 3 lbs or more a week :)
