Ok! Ok!

 this is my attempt at dousing myself in ice cold water and trying to wake myself up so I can finally get back on track and lose this fucking weight I made a new plan, it’s summer to my 950-950-fast plan but instead of fasting I will do omad because… Well… I suck at fasting at the moment. I don’t know how much I weigh but I suspect that I weigh about 193 (gross) so my goal at the end of the six day diet will be between 181 and 186. I take ECA twice a day. Walk twice on 950 days. And go to bed at 11:30. I also applied for a job so that may change at my schedule and hopefully allow me to eat less.
