dec. 6

* 30 min cardio-kickboxing workout. then elyptical @ gym for 15 mins.

- 6pm(1st meal of the day): portion of long-lasagna like pasta, cheesy pasta, 2-3 bites of 1/2 fish burger sandwich thing, grapes. (didn't finish anything except for cheesy pasta and got seconds) - came back at 7pm

- 2am-ish?: noodles

dec. 7

- tomato type soup w/ shredded carrots i added, nature valley bits, 1/2 banana, cubed bread pastry thing

- caramel tootsie lollipop

- soup dumplings

- 12-12:30pmish: eggs, 2 sausage links, small cheese tortilla w/ ketchup + fruit bowl: grapes, honeydew, cantaloupe (didn't finish)

- 5:40/6pm-6:30ish: nature valley biscuit 2x(380), remaining sip of protein shake, salmon(300), bites of mushy watermelon :(

- 2x more nature valley biscuits

- container: pizza slice, small portion pasta, banana (just before 9, started eating at 7:40ish)

- 4ishpm: bites of muffins (ate over the course of a few hours) banana muffin(350?) + blueberry muffin(300)

- 9:30ish: 2 pancakes w/ chocolate syrup, caramel, & condensed milk + bits of strawberries

    - fruit plate: grapes, honeydew, cantaloupe

- ~like 5 hrs later~: 5 remaining bbq wings
