nov. 15 --> nov. 25 (thought i weighed 178 but it was a false alarm lolz)

nov. 15

- sip of vyvanse w/ sparkling ice

- ~3:20-3:30ish: slice of pepperoni pizza, apple, lucky charms (mostly focused on eating the marshmallows)

~ tho i'm not the proudest of my eating options, i did exercise a bit of self control by not getting a second helping of lukcy charms and only getting 1 slice of pizza (tho there weren't that many options in the cafeteria to begin with at the time) i also had a serving of-

- metamucil  + water w/ acv & lemon

- 6pmish: rice crispie (150 cals)

- ~11pm-12am: 5 wings, (1, took tiny bites of the other old one them discarded it) ....+ 2 extra wings

nov. 16

- cripsy tortilla w/ egg on it, small bit of beans, 1 spoon of mashed potatoes, 1 small pc of chicken tender, small quesadilla, mini marshmallows

- ~6pm: 2 oreos, rice w/ stew, funyuns, 2 crunchy chips ahoy

- ~12-1am: in n' out: cheese burger, small pink lemonade, fries, lik 2-3 animal fries

- ring pop, dark mint chocolate cookies

- ~6pm+: decently sized juicy(lol) slice of pizza, small portion of mid pasta

- 9pmish: lean cuisine rigatoni

- 1:40amish: pb & toast + banana

- juicy burst gummies (...2x? i ate another one in my 2nd class)

- ~1:30amish: 5 strawberries, a few grapes

- ~9:30amish: 2 dark choc mint cookies

- ~1~2pmish?: container - bites of cylinder pasta (both regular & lasagna-like one) bites of fish, bites of shrimp 

- post-2:40-3: 2 small bites of donut (friendsgiving)

- more bites of container

- friendsgiving container of raising cane's (3 chicken tenders, some fries, w/ cane's sauce)

      - possibly the soda too

- 1 singular m&m piece

- bite of pumpkin bread (didn't like)

- cafeteria: 2 small sugared donut hole pcs, pasta portion(mid?), rice w/ beans, fruit: grapes & cantaloupe? or honeydew?, 3 rice crispie pieces

- candy pieces: small snickers, small musketeers, small twix

nov 24

- remaining small piece of donut (cold and i had no appetite + i brushed my teeth so a lil blegh)

- remaining bites from container? unless i already finished it yesterday

*recapping a week later cuz i don't remember: grapes, eggs(?), taquitos(?), marshmallows(?) 2 slices pizza hut w/ ranch, 2 wings

*~*: I walked over 10k steps (i believe 14k? maybe 12k?) at some point this week, my best guess is tuesday or monday or wednesday, tho i'm pretty sure i walked over 10k steps 2 days this thanksgiving break week.
