dec. 29(cw: 184.6 - post-walk, post-shit ) --> jan. 8 | last blog journal for now/ switching back to physical |

 dec. 29 - 184.6 lbs

*fasting 24 hrs / ends @ 4pm*

- glucerna shake 

- metamucil w/ acv + lemon (really helped suppress my appetite.. see????? do it more often girl)

*fast break @4:01pm*

-- 1/2 a donut, handful of tiny marshmallows(blegh) small portion of mac & cheese & 2 pcs of meat(beef?) leftover from party

- hi-bbq: dynamite roll, sips of thai tea, bites of meat/beef/chicken from mom & dad's plate, bite of shrimp, small bite of noodles, vanilla macaron

- dubai chocolate!!! 1 pistachio knafeh bar, 1 cookie butter/lotus knafeh bar. both very delicious tho the chocolate to filling ratio is too uneven. i ended up eating the top layer of chocolate first so i could taste the filling. lotus had a stronger taste, tho.

- 2 eggs

- 2 taquitos

- 2am-ish: beef burrito from taco bell (not proud of myself)

dec. 30

- the habit: chicken club, no tomato, + fries & ketchup

- doordashed brown sugar boba

~ had a mini walk today as i went out to buy boba only to find the twinkle joint closed down, i then wandered aimlessly around first into chow king and then paced in the 7/11 before eventually buying gum and dipping, ordering the boba along the way.

           metamucil w/ acv + lemon at some point hours after the dentist

jan. 3

*short fast break: vit c gummies

- TRIED to make and eat avocado toast, it was bad. the avocado was messed up so.. only 1 bite (took 2 but spat them after trying to test if the 2nd would be better but i'll still count 1 of it)

- 1.65 pecan pie pc(~150), tamale(~300), apple cider

- 1 cookie (75)

~took vyvanse @ around 2pm~

- 2 peppermint bark dark choc pcs

- at home: fish soup w/ rice, stella rosa + coke zero

- sip of carnation milk, apple juice, and additional peppermint bark (counted above) because of weird feeling in throat

- mcd's: 4 pc chicken nuggets 2x, fries, sprite, + ketchup & bbq sauce

- costco cookies: about 6-8 in total (est. 4 white choc mac. nut, 2 choc)

- 1 pc dried mango spear

- fish soup w/ rice i made earlier before i knew about mcd's

- more chicken nuggets 4pc 2x (again.. so 16 total for the day yikes) + ranch & ketchup & sweet n' sour

*~16k steps: went on my walk and did a LOT of pacing whilst scrolling thru anitiktok

jan. 5

- grande iced matcha latte recipe (lowkey had vyvanse effect in my gut)

- bites of mom's ham&cheese sandwich + 1/2 of dad's impossible breakfast sandwich

- can't remember since i was too lazy to write shit down but imma guess: maybe some pb pretzels?  maybe peppermint bark? maybe mandarin? maybe fish & rice?(unlikely)

prematurely broke fast w/: rice & stew, pb pretzels, 2 white choc mac nut cookies, nut bar(?), (?)

- 2 riccola cough drops w/ syrup inside

- broke remaining 13 hr w/ plantain, pb pretzels

- mini candy cane

- chinese chicken salad

- 2 slices of yam w/ stew added on it

- 6 pb pretzel pieces

- coke zero

+ some rice w/ tiny bit of stew, tuna w/ mayo, big cup of green tea w lemon added
