temp journal (+library card)

6/4/2025

8:00-8:45am ish:

- sausage egg & cheese(& potatoes) microwaveable bowl (450 cals + 12 est. for ketchup)

- sprouts salted caramel chocolate cookie (160 cals)

*ended up eating an extra cookie, and 1/2 a pb&j, and 2 servings of cheerios.....

(est. 300 for the cereal, 120 for the half sandwich, and obvs 160 for the cookie = 580 + 610 = 1,190 already, sheesh.)


+ take vyvanse at 5:30 pm
+ leave library at 5:55 pm - head to sbux to buy mom's drink, buy noodles for self?
+ take metamucil drink again @ 7 pm
+ every 20 mins, visualize for 3 mins

goal: 1,000 cals total today

plan: after sleep/meditation, do skin care, then pack stuff and buy 2 earphones at walmart then head over to either 7 leaves or library and stay for 4-5 hours. take vyvanse before leaving. take metamucil + acv 3 1/2 hours after vyvanse.

possible dinner/final meal options: small portion of chinese chicken salad, bowl of fruits&veggies, lean cuisine + tea

weight: 192.2 after eating and drinking w/ clothes on

tomorrow goal: 190.8 at the least / 191.8 at the most

6/6/2025 goal: 188.8 at the least / 190.4 at the most

- 7 leaves in morning from 10 ish until 12:40ish

- came home and overate grandma's recipe and also ate 2 slices of pb toast with banana

- ate 2 small-ish servings of cheerios some time after, vyvanse kicked in late

weighed in at night: 191.6 = goal achieved✅

pre-12pm: bites of fruit samples from farmer's market, carne asada cheese fries (didn't finish at the time)

lunch: cheese fries counted, popsicles

snack: none

dinner: tall iced matcha latte w/ cold foam

9pm: didn't actually eat anything at this time...... but at 10:30pm is, i had a bit of stella rosa and at 12;15am ish i finished the remaining cheese fries

~attempted 36 hour fast~

- yogurt (80)

- cap full of apple juice

- gogurt (50)

- pina colada popsicle (100)

- metamucil (~40)

*failed at 17 hrs*

--> gave idea of Full4Less

- 2 servings (=  to 1 small bowl) of chinese chicken salad, bite of cookie but i was too full to enjoy it (fasting + metamucil effect?)

- portion of rice? & chicken?
