- ate spicy cali sushi roll

- ate cheese ritz 2x during and after practice 

- pb& j sandwich sometime between 11pm-12:30 am

- sunflower seeds late at night to curb cravings (worked, need to figure out a workaround for less calories tho - pair it with spoon and low cal jelly, carrots, & cucumbers?)

- considered getting food and almost did but vyvanse licked in
