it'd be cool to do this starting march 7th, and then by the end of it it'd be time for my friends trip! if I do good all of February and say, reach between 179-183 lbs. if I do this diet for march, I feel like I'd could reach AT LEAST 169? or if I'm lucky, 165? I'm thinking thoughts.

Hello!
I move into school on the 27th and I've decided to start a diet that day!
The Diet I've decided to do is the mixed skinny diet.
For fun, I've decided to open this up and make it a group thing! I would love to both give and receive support!
There aren't any rules to this diet, you can pick and chose how you do it.
Personally I am going to count everything I eat (Fruit, veggies, etc)
This diet doesn't start till Sunday (8/27) so you have time to sign up!

Hiiiiiii theree!! On Monday 21st November, I am starting the SPD
I was 130lbs on Halloween, but as of this week i've been 135-136lbs, crikey... I'm really hoping this diet will get me into the 120's! I really hope i stick to this for at least 2 weeks. But, at the beginning of December, for a week, i may have to double the amount of calories - this is because i have VERY important mock exams in a massive hall and i really don't want my tummy to go crazy in a gigantic room of silence.
Has anyone done this? Or something very similar? If so, please let me know how it was if you don't mind. If you're going to start/ interested in starting this you're welcome to join in with me on this thread - hearing about your results motivates me! I also have a kik group specifically revolved around this diet, however, I think some of the people are starting it tomorrow instead of Monday. It's a relatively small group, since I only made it today.
Feel free to comment anything, I'll be updating on Monday afternoon, what my stats are. I'm from the UK btw (England). Pretty sure I'll be updating every afternoon, except for weekends it may be in the morning. Some days I may not post, due to being super tired from school or whatever, but i'll make sure to summarize anything that i've missed out ( like weigh-ins).
Goodluck to anyone who is going to start this, or any other diet on Monday! If you're unsure about this diet for now, make sure you follow my thread to see how i do, it might be the diet for you.

Gained like 0.6lbs, I believe its food/water weight though, since i had quite a big dinner last night.

It's 9:06 am I had a coffee w almond milk creamer and a little rice whip (vegan whip cream) for a total calories of 100.
400 to go! I have school all day until 9pm
I'm going to finish a paper that's due next week just to have it done and then workout.

And for my ex. What an asshole. He has the biggest and best though so he makes me weak but again when I'm skinny again I'm going to really go over there like WOAH HOT DIGGITY DOG and make him drool. Like I won't stop teasing him until his tongue is wagging out of his mouth like a puppy in the desert!
Honestly this has not been a motivator for me because he's such a jerk and I have a new boyfriend for 5 years this May, but;
He is someone I really love and he hurt me. So this sort of revenge, that'll help me to eat less is actually good. Instead of being hurt I'm finally using it as fuel to get myself into my size 1s again and have a teeny tiny Audrey Hepburn waist
Jesus I can hardly wait for my adderall script in January. I hope my pharmacy fills it. So many taking adderall for bad things and I am a college student seriously w ADHD so I actually need
It for both being skinny and appetite loss along side my ADHD disorder

I had surgery Tuesday so it has almost been exactly 2 days since my work was done. I'm back at the gym tomorrow. Thank god!!!

Day 5: 400 calories...
Today, i am not eating all day nor evening, until dinner - since mum is making nachos and chicken wraps. That means i have to have it too. If she gives me an amount i think is more than 400 calories i'm going to go up in my room and chuck most out, i am not ruining this diet. BUT then again tomorrow shes making my FAVOURITE curry... I'm just going to do the same again - not eat until dinner. Tomorrow is 500 calories, surely its not more than that lol. I HOPE.
Yesterday i went over by like 100 calories or something, but i believe i burnt like 200 calories before dinner anyways. ( burnt my banana off ) I'm still scared to weigh though, since i was 132.2 yesterday. I did say i'd only weigh once a week, but I didnt realise how hard that would be to actually do.
Day 5 weight: it was flickering from 132.4-131.8-131.6-.132.0.... IDK I'm jusy going to go with 132, again.

Tonight and tomorrow. Maybe it's a sign from above rewarding you! I doubt either are too far over 400 or 500 for tomorrow. Chicken is lean

I just got up and I have a GIANT cancer sore
Ulcer from where my oral surgeon had his tool poking around in my mouth. I get them almost immediately after I leave the dentist ,and always from major work. Ouch. So it's like super hard to eat w it anyways
I'm having a coffee (loca moca "mocha" monster) the entire can is 220 servings and this is all for me today. I'm going to the gym where I live if it's open (sometimes they close on holiday weekends) so I can do a few hours of cardio in private aside from the camera the office managers see. I'd rather two people question my hours of exercise than an entire staff at my local gym
After I'll go to my local gym and do more cardio and weights if I am feeling ok w my face from the oral work
Yesterday I worked and got time and a half from the thanksgiving holiday
I have some homework to finish due Monday and biology to study for spring term which begins January 5th
I have some organizing to do in my room
I am 136 this morning

131.0 again this morning, flickered on 130.6 twice though. This is because yesterday was supposed to be 500 calories, but i probably had over 1000... WELL i'm grateful that i didnt gain!

Woke up yet again at 130.6lbs, which is okay. This is like my LW so it's inevitable that it's more difficult to break - not having dinner today, but might have gone over calories slightly ( not sure though ).

I'm 5'1" and started at 162. I just completed the abc (poorly) but still managed to lose 24 lbs anyway.
I started the sgd monday Dec 5, immediately after the last day of the abc. Having more luck sticking to it, but I haven't lost anything yet. I've been bouncing back and fourth from 134-133, and it's super discouraging.
Cool to see someone else where I am now that's same height and losing on very similar calories.
Are you working out?
I just started bc the abc had me too weak to do much of anything.

I wasn't really working out no. I got to 127lbs last weekend but this week hasn't been great, so i dont even want to check.
