Another 0.4 lbs down! It’s not the most, but I’m happy with any drop ☺️ I’ve been slacking on my work out challenges, and I’m not sure why. I think I’m just so tired by the end of the day that I just don’t care to do them, but I would like to pick back up with them tomorrow.
I decided that on Monday I will start the Healthy Skinny Girl Diet. Weekends are usually high calorie for me, so I feel better about starting it on Monday. I also have a dress that I’m hoping to fit back into for my wedding anniversary on August 1 so I’m going to hang that somewhere visible as a reminder + motivator for me.

Well, my first day of HSGD was a total flop. It is extremely hard to restrict that low with my husband working from home, so I’m not sure how realistic it will be for me to complete that, especially when we both cook meals. I think right now I just want to eat no more than 1200 cals and not snack at all between meals. Keeping my mind on how I want to look during our vacation has been really helpful when I just want to stuff my face.
I’m super happy I finally got back into my arm and ab workouts! It actually felt good to start them up again. I’m hoping to do more walking this week, but it really depends on the heat. I’m already so excited for fall ☺️🍁

Well, I didn’t complete any of my goals today. I really need to up my water intake and stop with the damn snacking! I’m proud of myself for persevering through my workouts though and adding an additional squat challenge (attaching a picture for anyone who wants to join!).
I’ve decided that I’m going to reward myself for each goal I hit. I’ve been wanting a few more skirts and dresses as I don’t wear pants or shorts, so for each goal weight I reach I will be buying myself a new piece. For my “mini UGW” on October 7 I decided to treat myself to an entire outfit as we will be on vacation and it will be my birthday ☺️ I have some outfit ideas from Pinterest that I’ve been eyeing for so long so this is very exciting to me!

Really regretting that second slice of pizza + the piece of banana bread I had. Baking is one of my hobbies, and I particularly love to do it with my boys, but the temptation is too much most of the time. Since I enjoyed a piece today, I will be avoiding it tomorrow and working towards a lower calorie day. The walk I had was my saving grace. I wasn’t hungry for the second slice of piece, but my husband has noticed me counting calories and taking smaller portions. He knows I’m trying to lose weight but also knows about my ED past and watches me like a hawk when I start to get obsessive.
Another user on here mentioned the Chloe Ting 2 Week Shred, and I decided I would start it as soon as I’m done my arm challenge. The other two I don’t care so much about. Also kind of considering the losertown challenge, but I’m not fully committed to that one.
I just want to be dainty + skinny + pretty.

Very, very pleased with my low intake today ☺️ Surprisingly, I don’t feel faint or unwell because of it. Finally got my hair cut + styled this morning; I feel like a million bucks today 🥰 Hubby went out with our boys while I was gone and bought me a brand new laptop! I’m excited to update here on it. Happy with my intake today! I’m really proud of myself for having self control for dinner time. I had half a slice of pizza instead of the 3-4 slices I would have had in the past. I truly can’t believe I used to eat that way, and I’m stuffed just with what I did eat! I wish lunch was a little lower, but Hubby loaded my wrap with ham. Not eating any snacks today was my saving grace really.
I plan on eating lighter tomorrow. I also decided that if I hit my goal weight for my trip then I will go get gel nails done before we leave. It’s frivolous but would make me feel extra pretty!
I decided to start using a habit tracking app to monitor the new habits I’m trying to implement. You’d think things like having a shower would be common sense, but PPD makes even the simplest things challenging. So far I only have these goals, but I plan on adding more this week.

I stopped by a shop for a new nightgown for hitting 182lbs, but I couldn’t find anything I liked so the hunt continues. I’m thinking something satin to keep me cool during the summer.

Officially 12lbs down! Yesterday we closed on our house so it was a busy day. I’m still in disbelief we are moving and into our dream house no less 🥰 I weighed in at 181.8 yesterday morning, and we went out for brunch to celebrate closing. I didn’t eat any dinner which I think helped my big loss today! I’m expecting a lighter day today since I don’t like to eat much or eat too heavy when it’s hot out. We’re a Canadian-American family so we’re celebrating Canada Day today!

DAY THIRTY-TWO
Weight: 181.8
It has been a crazy week getting ready to move! I’ve been doing really well with my intake, but I’m pretty sure I’ve already hit a plateau and it’s starting to effect my motivation 😩 Any advice on how to break it?
Today is July 7 which was the date to hit my first goal weight of 182 lbs, and I did it! I’m hunting for a new nightgown now as my reward. Also updating my losertown challenge here with the first weigh in being on July 1:
