-Morning: Nothing
-Afternoon: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest protein bar (200 cals) + Strawberry Cheesecake Light & Fit yogurt (80 cals)
-Evening: Chicken tortilla soup (370 cals) + 2 tbsp sour cream (60 cals) + Shredded cheese (70 cals) + Cotton Candy Cascade Ice sparkling water drink (0 cals)
Exercise: A short walk
I missed 3 scheduled doses of my medication this past week waiting for the pharmacy to get it in stock and as a result had a horrible migraine all day. Planned on going to the gym, but was in too much pain. By evening it was finally ready for pickup so I took a dose right away and felt better soon after, but it was already getting dark by then and I only had time for a short walk.
I hate my body. I don’t even look underweight anymore but my gastroparesis is SO BAD and my abdomen becomes so distended when I eat even the smallest amount of anything, I could actually pass as pregnant. I think my Nurtec worsens it too. If I restrict more it will get worse, and if I eat more, it will get worse before it gets better. I can’t win. I’ve been thinking I might want to go back on antidepressants but I don’t want to have to see a doctor and idk. Everything feels like too much lately, even deciding what to have for dinner, convincing myself to get out of bed, shower or exercise is proving really difficult.
