which is only 0.2 ounces down from yesterday..
i think i’m beginning to notice a trend.. i lose the least weight when i eat such calorie dense foods at night
like i fasted all day like promised and ate 700-800 calories at 6, which should have made me lose a significant amt. whether it’s just water weight or not, it looks like i’ll have to tweak my plan just a little and fast for the whole day tomorrow instead of till 6 like originally planned.
