alright, my 4 day free period has officially ended and i am now fasting for the first day of november and getting back on track :)
i don’t know how much i weigh and i don’t plan on weighing in until the 10th. it’ll be hard but i’ll force myself to stick through the temptation of weighing. it’ll all be worth it when i see a huge drop on that morning
as for the plan, i should succeed as long as i stay focused. it’s nothing i haven’t done before and tbh, it seems like my frequent fasting has officially altered my appetite bc i can’t eat as much as i used to, or at least crave as much. i just need to remember that even if i DO give in, it won’t be satisfying and will only disappoint me.
