I wanted to share my results and what kind of diet I did. This diet is VERY dangerous. But I was very desperate for faster results. I actually saw this diet on Youtube and I was very motivated to do it. Obviously I started at a higher BMI. I was 187lb and dropped to 147lb (currently).
This is what I ate. I do not recommend it because the diet is basically no more than 200cal a day.
Day 1 - Plain Fat-Free Yogurt Day 2 - Any kind of vegatables (no dressings or salt!) Day 3 - 2 boiled potatoes (no salt!) Day 4 - 2 boiled eggs (no salt!) Day 5 - 2 fruits
Then repeat on and on. I cheated a little bit at first because I was super hungry thought. I'll post pictures when I get down to 127lb I know it's dangerous as fck but I'm so sick of feeling this fat and finally I found a diet that works for me this fast. Have a good day guys.
