shows that I could be at my ugw by July if I eat 1,200 cals a day everyday, with moderate exercise which to me is 2 walks a day and at least 3 min on the elliptical.

of course, I don't think it'll be that easy but I plan to stick to it with the help of eca and other appetite suppressants taken during dinner everyday. I also want to have at least 1 period filled with frequent fasting to speed up weight loss - I just need to figure out how and when, I need to get mentally stronger in order for it to happen tho.

with this, I hope I can reach my ugw by mid-to-late September
