First of all, you need to be motivated to lose the weight and not binge and keep telling yourself why you want to do it. Repeat it in your head over and over and over. I find that really helps me. Also plan your meals ahead if you can and make sure you keep track of everything you eat. Take a multivitamin as well because cravings can be caused by a nutrient deficiency. Drink plenty of water and tea. I find tea really helps suppress my appetite. One of the biggest most important things to remember is that you will probably binge at one point or another, no one is perfect, but dont let that throw you off track! One slip will not ruin all of your progress and it shouldn't stop you from pushing on. You can do it!
