possible diets going forward

 + vyvanse for all

- slowly lower from 2,000 calories.

- fasting/omad training by gradually shortening eating window time

- 800 w/ "methods" - chew toy, visualization, vyvanse*, water chugging

- 1600 normal diet and/or get used to it before decreasing cals

- focus on utilizing chew toy only

- hyperfocus on utilizing chew toy only

- get out of the house (Library)

- all of the above combined

*recommended to focus on doing everything in power to decrease natural appetite rather than focus on weight loss itself

most considered diets:

- visualization focus

- normal diet/slowly lower

- chew toy + combined w/ other diet

- week where i utilize each method on different days
