I feel like I look way bigger than my BMI right now and it’s giving me so much anxiety. What BMI do I look? My legs are especially huge!

BMI 12, maybe. I'm awful at guessing. What I do know is that you're emaciated...I know that term can make the ED voice quite cheerful, but there's no other way to put it.
I know it can be impossible to see sometimes, but in your current state you are at imminent risk for cardiac arrest, refeeding syndrome, seizures, and even stroke.
I don't mean to say any of this to be inflammatory or harsh, and it's likely nothing you haven't heard before...I hope desperately that you'll consider a path of harm reduction if recovery isn't an option you wish to seek right now. It's said so often that it has practically lost its meaning, but that doesn't make it any less true: you deserve love, warmth, kindness, gentleness, rest, pleasure, and relief from emotional and physical pain.
I wish you all the best...body dysmorphia is a brutal thing. It takes such a tremendous toll.
