I don't even know how to put it but apparently my fiancé really needed to get something off his chest, cause yesterday almost out of the blue he told me that I'm scarily thin and I look ill. and then he added something like "lately you've been eating twice more than me, and yet you're losing weight. do you think I'm stupid?". it was really awkward. I can't ask for help and, as soon as I get the chance to, I clam up and shrug off the problem. I'm pathetic. and the worst thing is I don't actually care about how he's feeling, I'm just pissed that from now on I can't b/p if he's around.
