mid-day check-in: 500???
i purposefully planned to eat this slice of cake as a means of upping intake (and not making my grandma sad because she made me the cake </3 ) but plateaus can trigger binges for me sometimes and i'm sooo spooked that choosing to have that slice is increasing cravings bc now i want something salty 0___0 or idk i feel hungry?? might eat a seaweed snack and then go upstairs to get away from the kitchen
don't know how many cals was in the cake though. it's a carrot cake with brigadeiro (aka cocoa, butter, and condensed milk) on top. felt like a lot of fat lol so i feel okay with estimating 500
poop talk TW but i also had a bm so i think i actually had more food weight in me than i thought, which def is not helping the plateau

not going to binge today. had a seaweed snack (100) so i'm at 600. here's the thinspo that lives in my head rent-free lately — this is attainable, if i stay rational with my intake
