basically the title
i fast from 6 pm to 6 pm everyday, break, then repeat
i get a 24 hour fasting window, and a 24 "hour" eating window that would really just be interrupted by my sleep and thus be shortened
this way i get to eat everyday, while also simultaneously fasting everyday
this will also be stupid easy with my vyvanse, just as long as i have focus the plan would be successful.
