- may or may not take vyvanse 1st thing in the morning
- skincare in morning
- chewing object for 15 mins of every hr, take sips of (preferably flavored) liquid
- drink metamucil w/ water 15 mins before meal
- eat standard 12 pm meal under 400 cals. ex: avocado toast w/ egg & strawberries w/ yogurt
- if stay at home, continue object chewing stimulation
- if going to library/7 leaves: stay for up to 6 hrs and complete tasks
- go on walk @ 5:20 pm
- standard 400 cal meal at 6pm. ex: lean cuisine shrimp alfredo & apple (may or may not take metamucil)
- jog in place exercises at 7:30 & 8:30
- couch workout @ 9:30
