February 21, 2023 + Feb 22 (Appetite Decreasing Plan)

Appetite Decreasing Plan - Feb. 21 - Feb. 28

- 7 leaves / Library EVERYDAY 3-6(ish) hours

- no vyvanse or stimulants in general

- metamucil before at least one meal

- 800-1,200 calorie goal

- 25-32 chews per bite, water sips between bites

- object chewing test (for 15 mins every hour, take sips of drink, drink tea or lemon water with)

- try not to snack before/after

- non-work: 12 pm meal, 6 pm meal, 9 pm meal possibly

- work day: 8-11 am meal possibly, 6 pm meal, 9 pm

- 11 pm bed time for work nights SHARP | 12 am for non work nights

- lots of water/at least 8 hrs of sleep/daily exercise
