Tuesday, Feb 14: 400-600 + morning vyvanse

Wednesday, Feb 15: 800/possible 2mad + evening adderall - 7 leaves day

Thursday, Feb 16: 1,700-2,000. morning meal + 3/6/9 meals (no meds)

Friday, Feb 17: morning vyvanse, under 900 for the day(freelance eating)

Saturday, Feb 18: Fasting (morning vyvanse, possible evening caffeine)

Sunday, Feb 19: 800/2mad - 7 leaves (12 pm meal, adderall @ 5:10 pm, 6 pm meal) 

Monday, Feb 20: 800/2mad - 7 leaves (12 pm meal, 1/2 eph. + 1/2 caffeine @ 5:10 pm, 6 pm meal) ~possible 9pm meal if the stims work like shit

Tuesday, Feb 21: freelance eating/cheat day (unless i overeat the day before, then it’s vyvanse and ~900)

Wednesday, Feb 22: 350 cal OMAD + morning vyvanse

Thursday, Feb 23: 1,600-1,700 / no meds

Friday, Feb 24: morning int. fasting - 1,200 cals 3/6/9

Saturday, Feb 25: morning LIBRARY + 1,200 3/6/9 - no meds

Sunday, Feb 26: FASTING (morning vyvanse + possible evening caff.) 7 leaves day

Monday, Feb 27: 2,000 cals + 7 leaves (basically freelance eating up to 2,000)

Tuesday, Feb 28: morning vyvanse + ~900
