gained 0.6..

 ughh... it makes no logical sense that I gained weight. I know I snacked too much, but it still adds up to an intake less than a normal person… So why did I gain weight? I guess it’s only water weight, since it’s not possible to gain fat that way but it still bothers me because I’m tired of gaining weight and fluctuating I just want to keep going down down down. I weigh 199.0 right now. Hopefully the fast today lets me lose 2 pounds or more, because I just want to lose as fast as possible. This makes me apprehensive for when I go back to high restriction because it seems it’s not going to work as well :/
