    I had another thread where I did the Chloe Ting 2 Week Shred Challenge and it turned out to be a colossal failure. Perhaps I didn't put enough effort. I know I didn't restrict enough.

    So I've decided to start the HSGD. It is my tried-and-true diet that always seems to get me out of my funk. I will be posting bodychecks, screenshots of my intake/food, and basically, keep this as a diary to document my progress.

    I've planned out 920 calories for today. I feel okay with that number. I'm ready to start this and lose 30lbs.

    STATS:
    SW: 163.4lbs
    GW 1: 155lbs
    GW 2: 145lbs
    GW 3: 135lbs
    UGW: 120lbs

    I am 5’9.

    Either later tonight or tomorrow I'll post what I ate today.

      I didn't have a chance to take body checks this morning but I'm going to try to body check later.

      Today’s goal is to eat 800 calories. I've had breakfast. Lunch will probably be my last meal for today since I get home at like 8 pm. I'm thinking Chipotle and keeping it extremely low-cal

      I have to pick up my check from the dealership and I might head home to grab my Garmin charger because my battery is at 10%  I meant to charge it last night while I took a shower but I completely forgot.

      Oh well. Maybe if I have all those errands to run, lunch just might be a diet soda or something. Idk I still haven't decided

        I'm making some progress! Today is another 900 calorie day and I've already mapped out my day in food. I won't be going to my second job today because my brother asked me to watch my niece but I'll be going to my first job later today which means I’ll get home around 8:30 pm and I won't have to eat dinner  if my parents ask, I'll just make some soup or something

            haha I thought I could curb my binge but it just didn't work

            on the plus side, I only gained 0.8lbs. I truly thought I was going to gain like two pounds.

            today I’m fasting until lunch and then dinner is going to be soup. I am holding myself accountable. I think my max calories today are 1000 but I don't think I'll eat that much today. Maybe. I usually like to have a grilled cheese when I have soup so maybe I'll allow it.

            oh I also didn't have a BM when I weighed myself so I probably weigh a ~little~ less but I doubt it lol

              So I weighed myself after I had coffee, changed and I was 164.2 and then I had a big BM and weighed back down to 161.8 with clothes on

                I got a bullet journaling app and I was able to create a spread for my workouts. Next week I'm starting the 28 ab challenge by Chloe Ting. Hoping to shape my core and lose all that gross fat pretty soon here.

                My wedding is like a year away and I want to lose a minimum of 30lbs and actually keep it off and look tone and not too sickly for the photos. I just hate my lower belly and how it juts out.

                  I think my fiance is getting suspicious but I also haven't been doing the best at hiding my eating habits lol

                  I think it's a bit harder to throw him off the trail on days we work together. Like right now, he said he was taking his lunch break and he asked if I wanted anything. I said ”no, I'm not hungry” and he immediately jumped to ”is something wrong? you don't eat when you're upset” and I'm like whoa shit and I wish I had just gone ”no I just ate a big breakfast” or ”i’ll grab something later” but noooooooooo I had to be stupid

                    I didn't get a chance to take any body checks. I ate quite a bit yesterday buuuuut my net came out pretty nice

                    I took so many steps yesterday and walked up so many stairs at the dealership yesterday. It was WILD.

                    But I didn't lose any weight

                    Today I'm restricting nicely. My goal is 1100 calories today. I think once I total it all up, I'll be about 20 calories under.

                    Ooooh! So my first job is an RBT for an Autism center. I work with kids with developmental disabilities and kids with autism. Saturdays are our peer groups and we just started to do them again, but smaller. My supervisor pulled me aside and asked if I would be the new peer group leader because I’ve been there the longest and have the most experience. I could've sworn that one of the other RBTs has been there longer than me but I guess not! I'm pretty excited to take on this new role

                        my period starts soon, which is probably why I'm also bloated and hungrier. I'm trying to curb my cravings by drinking water and black coffee. I'm just exhausted tbh

                            I think the best way for me to actual workout tonight is if I grab something from taco bell as soon as I get off work and eat it on my way home that way I won't have to think about making dinner and wondering just how late it is for me to be eating

                              Good morning friends 

                              I'm in a pretty good mood today. I lost weight, I got my lash lift, and doing strong on not eating till 3:30 today :)

                              My work out last night was pretty good. Exhausting, but good! I just couldn't bring myself to do both days, so I just did day one yesterday and shifted to a Tuesday start instead of a Monday start. I'm happy with that decision and if I come to a rest day and I feel like I want to do another video to ”get back on track” then I might.

                                yesterday was a pretty good day food-wise. I'm feeling less bloated today and I'm really hoping that I hit the 150s really soon here

                                by the time I got home and did my workout, my net was like 200 but I knew I needed to eat so I had a PBJ and some BBQ chips after my shower. It really helped me calm down and I fell asleep pretty quickly after my fiance went home lol

                                Idk how to explain it but I feel thinner and... well less bloated as I said earlier lol I didn't have breakfast this morning, only coffee. When I get home for my lunch break, I'll probably have a gardein skillet meal and I'll probably relax and playing ACNH. Tonight I'll work out and then I have a one-hour training to do for my job. I kind of got a ”promotion” I don't really want to call it that because I'm not really getting paid more but I was acknowledged by my supervisor that I became more experienced during the lockdown and that I took on more hours so they're putting me in charge of the Saturday groups. It's really awesome and I just love the recognition more than anything lol

                                That was quite a rambling lol Anyway I hope y'all have a good day :)

                                      I broke the 150s :))) but today was also the first day of my period and everything hurts and I've not kept good track of what I've eaten. I just put everything in MFP and I'm ashamed at how much I've eaten ugh

Instead of trying to play ”catch up”, I'm just going to do day three tomorrow and keep going from there. I feel like playing catch up will just stress me out so I'm just going to move forward with the calendar
