hey choco! so something i've noticed is that i eat a lot.. A TON if i don't eat what i'm craving. i experience cravings sooo often now so it's hard but...

how it is with me is that i don't deprive myself of what i'm craving if it's available. don't try to curb it; just have a little. like, if i know i'm craving ravenously for ice cream, i'll serve myself 1 serving of it. otherwise, i notice i will literally eat everything in the house to fill the void-- eventually finally eating the ice cream i was craving anyway, lol.

(then sometimes i eat what i was craving and think: "well that taste wasn't worth the calories," and then not really crave it again for a long time)

basically, im going to fit the entire pantry/fridge of food in my mouth because i am avoiding eating what i'm really craving

okay... and if i can't have what i'm craving, like it's not available in my house or something, i will distract myself with video games or another hobby until i forget about it or another craving (of something that is available) comes up.

you're not annoying or desperate at all <3

Hey I'm really seriously so proud of your progress. I'm so much heavier than you, so I know my words of encouragement might not really stick as well as I hope... but I am so inspired by you.

I also have done so much insane calculation and no matter what I do or how I crunch the numbers, I just "should" weigh less than I do. I rapidly lost 15 pounds and plateaued for a whole entire month and I'm finally seeing my numbers start to creep in a good direction.

Something I try to keep in mind:

Every 2 liters of water is 4 pounds that are going to torment you until you filter and expel it.

Inflammation can cause your intestines to weigh more, and eating, digesting, and pooping cause inflammation.

If you're taking any kind of birth control you're going to lose weight a little bit slower than you 'should'.

Few things make life that much more peaceful than finding a really light cotton or cashmere pair of pajamas that don't weigh anything; peace of mind can also be found by weighing yourself in and out of a favorite pair of PJs and constantly subtracting the difference so you don't have to do the strip of shame in front of the mirror like I do...

You've got this. you've been so consistent. Your progress is undeniable.
