Post-Appetite Training

Appetite Training Regimen

- leave first thing in the morning for 7 leaves

- no food, just lots of water and possibly gum 

- take vyvanse after multiple hours have past and wait for it to kick in before leaving 7 leaves

- repeat for 4-8 days to reduce appetite and kickstart restriction



Diets & Methods


Diet 1: easy-peasy 800

- first meal @ 12

- vyvanse w/ 12 pm lunch

- 2nd meal @ 6 (can be spread out or eaten later depending on appetite)

- chew toy after second meal OR after elapsed hours (4-5)

- metamucil use may vary


Diet 2: easy-peasy 800

- more appetite suppressing substances oriented

- vyvanse first thing in the morning

- metamucil between meals

* timing of meals vary uncertainly based on appetite


Diet 3: possible difficult 800

- no vyvanse

- utilize chew toy and metamucil more vigorously

- metamucil possible before, in between, and/or after meals

- chew toy 15 mins every hour not eating, followed by consumption of water


Diet 4: leave-the-house 800

- no vyvanse (varies)

- can either leave first thing and eat in evening

- OR can leave after 12 and return before 6 for 2nd meal

- chew toy utilized between & after meals

- most full-proof probably


Diet 5: healthier/more realistic variations (1200-1400-1500-1600/ even 1000 probs)


New Method

- vyvanse in morning (varies)

- list of foods allowed to eat totaling up to ~1500

- start eating later in the day
