bruh moment this day

- planned to go to 7leaves first thing in the morning
- successfully packed up the night before
- stalled a bit to get my bearings
- ended up eating 2 eggs w/ ketchup
- leave and forgot vyvanse ofc
- doing hw but didn't complete my goal (left before i even made a dent in concepts)
- did i mention i left? early? like around 3-3:30.. it was rlly pathetic all bc of some mild cravings i stopped caring. so much for appetite training.
- eating list: - bites of rice and pasta
- chowking boba + stirred roasters bagel sausage sandwich & creme brulee cheese bar
- radio silence for like 3 hours (surprisingly muted appetite, probs thanks to the pure carbs and sugar i consumed) and then i go and eat more food
- twinkle boba (the sea cream and other jelly in it made it not as enjoyable but still good ig)
- ate it with @ home noodles. yasss sodium
- 1/2 french bread pizza @ like 11 pm
