off days- mornin till 5:50 pm: library/7 leaves. no vyvanse, 2 meals + fruits&veg as snacks
work days- vyvanse in morning, metamucil @ 2 & 7 pm. 2 tbsp each. fasting. any liquid allowed/keep cals low. preferably drink protein shakes
