ate before i was supposed to... again
idk what’s wrong with me...

what triggers a restriction phase and what keeps me in control during it?
what changes when i start eating when i start breaking my plans again?
what happened?

i didn’t feel particularly “different” when i was restricting heavily those 4 days...
my cravings were still intense and yet i managed to get thru it
why can’t i now? what changed? what’s the difference?

do i have to be fed up to follow my plan or smth? idgi
i’m tired. i just want to be thin, that’s all.
