successfully completed my fast yesterday, so it looks like i’m back in control :)
this is honestly the fastest i’ve picked myself back up doing one of these diets.
though, I really can’t stop thinking about the fact that if I’d stayed in control for those four days I messed up, I probably would’ve been in the one 190s by now and I would’ve been lower than 194 by August 1. But now I don’t even think I’ll make it to 194, which really depresses me... oh well, i have no one to blame but myself 🤷♀️
I haven’t weighed myself and I think two or three days, I really want to weigh myself but I’m holding out until August 1.
