21 DAY HABIT FOOD RULES + spo

 *vyvanse every morning and/or 2 hours of no food. 1 tbsp metamucil w/ acv lemon water + extra serving of water | other stimulant in morning OR morning eating + evening stimulant

    1. Can eat whtvr/whenever i crave food HOWEVER - It must be 1 small portion of the food, no seconds!!!

     - EVERY OTHER CRAVING OR EVERY 3RD CRAVING MUST BE APPEASED WITH A HEALTHY FOOD

    2. MUST EAT SLOW - 1 bite of food every 3-10 minutes. Must always have water or other 0 calorie liquid with food. Chew thoroughly.

    3. NO delivery orders for the time being. buy food at Walmart with coins in the self-checkout

***ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY NO STAND UP SNACKING, PREPARE YOUR DAMN PORTION AND SIT DOWN****

* preferably no seconds

*focus on food rather than internet

* since this is me training myself to eat less, i should consider waiting at least 3 hrs before eating again if i eat smth relatively high cal OR i can snack on low cal/healthy snack - HOWEVER i think the range of minutes i take for each bite can help in that regard

OUTINGS and RESTAURANTS

MUST MUST MUST eat only 1/4th to 1/2 of your meal!!!!

- went out for sushi with friends? EAT ONLY HALF OF UR ORDER, TAKE REST TO GO

- friend offers you food? EAT ONE PIECE OF EACH

- friends getting boba? DRINK HALF OR 1/4th OF BOTTLE, SAVE REST FOR LATER

- eating out with family? GET CHEAP OPTION, EAT HALF. 1/4 IF IT'S OVER 1,000 CALORIES

***MUST ONLY GET WATER AS DRINK IF TOO SHY FOR COKE ZERO***

*** CAN ONLY GET ONE PIECE OF APPETIZER
